Jean Ribault High School "Come Together Day
We are excited to welcome you to Come Together Day II on Saturday, June 13, 2026, on the campus of Jean Ribault High School. As we prepare for an incredible day of fellowship, music, food, and celebration, please review the important information below carefully.
Event Information
Date: Saturday, June 13, 2026
Location: On the campus of Jean Ribault High School (between the pool and Sally B. Mathis)
Event Hours: 12pm – 6pm (Please arrive early to allow time for parking and entry) Gates will open approximately 11:45am for general admission.
· No alcohol, Drugs or Weapons are permitted on the campus.
· Clear bag policy will be in effect.
· Coolers are permitted but may be subject to search.
· Tents are restricted to tailgating spaces only.
· No hoodies will be allowed.
· Event Shirts and Event wristbands must be worn throughout the entire event. Violators will be asked to leave.
· Restroom Facilities will be on site.
Tailgate Space(s)
Tailgate spaces will be set up on the field by graduating class, signage will be visible.
Please ensure your authorized set up group arrives with all necessary setup items between 8 am – 11am via the Van Gundy Rd entrance. All unauthorized vehicles will be permitted to leave and find parking.
Tailgate space set up crews must have on their event T-Shirt & Wristband.
No music will be permitted at tailgate spaces. After a warning, violators will be asked to leave.
No unauthorized vendors or outside sales will be permitted by event attendees.
· Each class or tailgater must bring their own trash bags and remove your garbage.
· Any spaces left trashed will be subject to a fee that will be charged back to the class or individuals responsible for purchasing the space(s).
For the safety of all attendees, participants utilizing grills, fryers, fish frying pans, crab pots, burners, propane tanks, or any cooking equipment during Come Together Day II do so at their own risk. Participants are solely responsible for the operation, supervision, and safety of their equipment and cooking areas at all times.
The Come Together Day II Committee, Jean Ribault National Alumni Association, Jean Ribault High School, and affiliated organizations assume no responsibility or liability for any injuries, accidents, fires, damages, theft, food-related illnesses, or losses resulting from the use of cooking equipment or food preparation activities during the event.
All participants are expected to exercise proper safety precautions, maintain clean cooking areas, properly dispose of grease and waste, and comply with all local fire and safety regulations. Open flames and cooking setups must remain within designated tailgate areas and may be subject to inspection or removal if deemed unsafe by event staff or security personnel.
T-Shirt & Wristband Pickup
All participants who purchased shirts and/or tailgate spaces MUST complete pickup prior to the event. Please only register once for pick up.
Pickup Scheduling:
June 8, 9 & 10, 2026 between 4 pm – 8 pm each day
at Austin-Wilkes Gym on the campus of Jean Ribault High School.
Event Parking & Entry
Special parking passes & Handicap parking passes must be visibly displayed upon arrival. This will be at the Drivers Education Lot accessible via Van Gundy Road (first come first serve). If you do not have proper passes, you will be directed to find parking at the front of the school.
VIP, Vendor, Media, Talent, and authorized personnel should bring their designated access credentials.
General parking will be in the front parking lot of Jean Ribault High School. If needed, overflow parking will be provided next door at Sally B. Mathis Elementary School.
General entry will be via the gates near Austin-Wilkes Gym, participants will then walk the short distance to the event field.
Please note that there will be no tickets, shirts or wristbands sold onsite. Entrance into the event will only be permitted with a prepaid wristband and official event T-shirt. No exceptions will be made.
Event Reminders
This is a friendly adult only alumni celebration. NO KIDS WILL BE PERMITTED.
Please help us keep the campus clean and respectful throughout the event.
Follow all instructions from event staff and security personnel.
Outside tents or oversized setups outside approved tailgate spaces may be restricted.
